These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of badcreditloan.ai (the "Site"), operated by Badcreditloan.ai LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

When you submit the form you authorise us to share the information you provide with lenders, lending partners, credit bureaus, and service providers as described in ourPrivacy Policy andLending Policy, and you authorise those parties to verify it and to review your creditworthiness.

You accept that submission does not guarantee a match, that a match does not guarantee approval, and that approval does not guarantee funding. We do not control which lender responds or on what terms.

4. Your relationship with lenders

Any loan you obtain is a contract solely between you and the lender. We are not a party to it, not the lender's agent, and not your agent or broker. We do not endorse any lender. Disputes about a loan, whether about its terms, its servicing, or its collection, must be raised with the lender and not with us.

You are responsible for reading every document a lender gives you and for declining any offer you cannot afford or do not accept.

5. How we are compensated

We receive compensation from lenders and lending partners when we connect them to consumers, frequently on a bid basis. This may influence which lender you are connected to and the order in which offers appear. Our service remains free to you.

6. Permitted use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to access or copy the Site;
• attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent the Site's security or access controls;
• reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without written permission;
• interfere with the Site's operation or place unreasonable load on its infrastructure.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, design, and marks are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.
