This Electronic Consent applies to your use of badcreditloan.ai. Federal law (the E-SIGN Act) requires your consent before disclosures that must be provided in writing may be delivered to you electronically. By using this website and submitting a request, you give that consent on the terms below.

• Loan agreements, notices, statements, and any amendment to them;
• Notices about your request, your account, or a change to any of the above.

Electronic delivery may be by display on this website, by email, or by a link in an email or SMS message.

Hardware and software you need

• A device with internet access and a current version of a mainstream web browser.
• A valid email address that you check and that can receive mail from us.
• Software able to display and print PDF documents.
• Sufficient storage, or a printer, to retain copies of documents for your records.

If our system requirements change in a way that creates a material risk you could not access or retain documents, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to withdraw this consent without charge.

Paper copies

You may request a paper copy of any disclosure we have provided electronically by writing to Badcreditloan.ai LLC, [Street address], [City], [State] [ZIP], or emailingsupport@badcreditloan.ai. We do not charge for this. Requesting a paper copy does not withdraw your consent to electronic delivery.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailingsupport@badcreditloan.ai with the subject line "Withdraw E-Consent". Withdrawal takes effect once we have had a reasonable period to process it, and applies only to future communications. Because this service operates entirely online, withdrawing consent means we can no longer provide it to you, and your pending request will be terminated.

Keeping your details current

You are responsible for giving us a valid email address and for telling us when it changes. Notify us atsupport@badcreditloan.ai. Communications sent to the address on file are treated as delivered.

Your agreement

By ticking the consent box on the request form or by continuing to use this website, you confirm that you can access and retain electronic documents, that you consent to electronic delivery on these terms, and that electronic signatures and records will have the same legal effect as handwritten ones.
