The reason

Why this site exists

The personal loan market is designed around people who do not urgently need one. Comparison sites advertise rates you will never be offered. Bank applications decline in eight seconds without telling you why. What is left is a maze of near identical pages, most of them collecting your details to resell rather than to fund anything.

If your credit is damaged, that maze is where you spend your evening. You fill in the same twenty fields at nine different lenders, collect nine separate footprints on your file, and end up back where you started.

We built badcreditloan.ai to compress that into one form. You fill it in once. We route it, in order, to lenders and lending partners whose published criteria your profile actually fits. If one is willing to work with you, it contacts you and shows you its terms. If none is, you are told, and nothing else happens.

The business model

How we get paid, and why you should care

By the lenders, never by you. When we connect you to a lender, that lender pays us for the introduction. Often this runs as a bid: the request is offered to participating lenders in descending order of what each is willing to pay for it.

That is a genuine conflict of interest and we would rather you read it here than work it out later. It means the order in which you are matched is not purely a judgement about which lender is best for you. It is also why we publish our lending policy in full instead of summarising it.

What it does not change: the service is free, you owe us nothing whether or not you accept an offer, and we take no cut of your loan.

Charge you a fee. Not to apply, not to be matched, not to walk away.
Promise approval, guaranteed funding, or a rate we have no authority to set.
Call ourselves a lender, a bank, or your broker. We are none of those things.
Ask for your Social Security number or bank login on this website.
Bury the disclosures. They are long because the product is consequential.
